Breakfast had made-to-order omelets, which was a nice touch. Valet parking is pricey at $60 per night.

Conveniently located near the airport with a free shuttle every 15-30 minutes. Valet parking is expensive at $60 per night. The breakfast had decent choices, especially made-to-order omelets.

The room was impressively spacious, featuring a separate living area that provided extra comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, one of the best I've slept on. The shower pressure was excellent, making it a joy to use. Temperature control worked perfectly, keeping the space inviting. Noise was minimal, ensuring a peaceful night’s rest. The fridge and coffee machine were convenient amenities. the lovely view from our room added to the experience.

The hotel I stayed in was just a quick shuttle ride from the airport and only a 5-minute walk through a lovely park to the Blue Line Subway making it incredibly easy to explore Boston’s landmarks like the USS Constitution and Faneuil Hall Marketplace which are just about 2 km away while also offering spacious, clean, and quiet rooms with breakfast featuring made-to-order omelets but the front desk service could have been a bit friendlier.

Super convenient location near the airport. The suites are spacious, clean, and comfy. Loved having a microwave and fridge in the room along with a flat-screen TV. The fitness center and hot tub were great. Breakfast and evening snacks were solid too. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Good coffee every morning at Starbucks.

Staff were genuinely helpful. The front desk managed the chaos of check-ins with a smile. The waitress at the hotel restaurant provided attentive service, enhancing our dining experience. Surprisingly quiet despite the airport proximity; the rooms offered a peaceful retreat. Breakfast had potential—decent variety, but execution fell short. Issues with the men’s restroom raised cleanliness concerns. A problematic check-in soured the start, with assigned rooms already occupied. The mobile key system was flawed. Unexplained charges added to frustrations. Convenient shuttle and excellent views helped redeem the stay. Great potential, but attention to detail is crucial for future visits.

The staff was incredibly friendly, making check-in a breeze. The 24/7 free airport shuttle was a lifesaver for our early flight.
It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it was well worth the value.

Just a suitable option for a lightning trip in Boston with good value considering price it charged. The shuttle drivers were very nice.

The morning shuttle service was reliable when I needed to catch my departing flight.
The front desk staff was unwelcoming, and the shuttle service from the airport was chaotic and ineffective. The room was not up to standard, with cleanliness issues and a lack of basic amenities.

The shuttle service is a lifesaver for getting to the airport. Breakfast offers tasty fruit and cheese, and the evening hors d'oeuvres are a nice touch.
Housekeeping requires 24-hour notice, which is a hassle.

The room was super spacious and clean, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I loved the friendly staff who made me feel right at home! The indoor pool was a fun way to squeeze in some exercise, too.
100% recommend 🥰✨

Embassy Suites Boston at Logan Airport is ideally situated near the airport metro station, making downtown Boston easily accessible. The spacious rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the nearby jogging trails and diverse dining options added to the overall experience.

I really struggled with the directions to the MBTA station. The front desk said it was a quick 5-minute walk, but it ended up being a dark, confusing half-mile trek. I felt unsafe and would have definitely gotten lost.

Spacious suite, spacious breakfast area with a well-maintained room providing a comfortable sleeping environment and a full buffet breakfast to energize our days of exploration.
Nothing was excellent.

Shayla at the front desk truly made a difference with her warmth and professionalism, creating a great first impression. The 24-hour airport shuttle was super convenient. Rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast had a decent spread. breakfast service overwhelmed the few staff present, turning it into a chaotic scene. The pool desperately needs monitoring; it was packed with unsupervised kids making it hard to relax. I was also charged an unexpected $100, and the reimbursement process has been frustratingly slow. Despite these hiccups, the friendliness of the staff and overall atmosphere shone through.

The play area kept us entertained between trips to New England Aquarium. More exciting nightlife options nearby would make it even more turnt for young party animals like us!
Wish there was a cooler spot for youngins to mingle and vibe after hours.

An inviting atmosphere with a twist on American dishes kept me coming back every night, and the fish and steaks were so good I licked my plate clean. I enjoyed late check-out and the business facilities for my 300 imaginary guests.
The uninviting bar and cold atmosphere left much to be desired.

Great location, close to car rentals and the airport shuttle service. Convenient for winter trips with an indoor pool and jacuzzi.
Disappointing experience during Christmas. Staff not accommodating, room cleanliness subpar.

The kids' play area kept them entertained for hours while we enjoyed the convenience of high chairs at breakfast. For a family-friendly outing, the New England Aquarium was a hit with its cool sea creatures and interactive exhibits.
In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly menu options would enhance the family experience.

I chose this hotel specifically for its convenient location near downtown Boston attractions, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous selection of fresh fish and succulent steaks at the Porter Bar and Grill restaurant. The complimentary grab-and-go breakfast and free shuttle service to Logan International Airport were also greatly appreciated.
Wifi not free - disappointing cost.

One of the things that really stood out was the breakfast spread. They had a great variety of food and beverages, and I particularly loved the omelet station. The proximity to the airport and the availability of several shuttles for pick-up and drop-off were also major perks. there were a few drawbacks as well. Some of the front desk staff, especially the female employees, were quite rude and unhelpful. It was a hassle to get simple requests fulfilled, like asking for a bed comforter or getting the room restocked. The lack of clear communication and friendly service was disappointing. the location was convenient, and some staff members, especially those at the bar and morning breakfast, were excellent in their service. On the downside, there were issues with arranging the courtesy shuttle from the airport, as there was a lack of clear instructions on how to do so. there was an unauthorized transaction charged to my debit card upon arrival, which was frustrating. The room itself was comfy and spacious, but there were some maintenance issues like a wet rug on the floor and an uncomfortable bed. When I requested a small fan for the room, I received a large box fan in poor condition. while Embassy Suites had its highlights like the breakfast and convenient location, there were some service and maintenance issues that need improvement. The staff seemed overwhelmed and there were communication issues that affected the overall experience.

the proximity to the airport was so convenient. the hors d'oeuvres from 5 to 6:30 pm were a delightful treat with a great selection of fruit, drinks, cheese, and empanadas. the late checkout was a great help and the view from my room overlooking the airport area was a nice touch. the staff, especially mr joulin, were incredibly kind and welcoming. the rooms were spacious, clean, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. overall, a lovely stay.
Hard to think of anything 😊

Excellent location near the airport, outstanding customer service, spacious and clean rooms, delicious salmon from room service, free breakfast for children.
Felt relaxed, no complaints at all.
